Women with a Cause

Let's Make a New tomorrow today

Re-entry Services & Women's Transitional Housing

A New Tomorrow wants to spread our message of hope and compassion. We believe that each individual who has been incarcerated or suffered from the grips of addiction has a chance of a better future. Our re-entry services and transitional housing, licensed through DDAP as Recovery Housing, provides a safe place for women to work on their goals, learn a new way to live, and build their future one step at a time.

About

Our Roots

A New Tomorrow was founded by Geri Forrest, Edith Cook, and Geri Scudder,  three women who have a passion based on their own personal experiences to help people, especially women with their transition from incarceration or treatment facilities back into society. A New Tomorrow is focused on helping people learn how to live without the use of drugs and alcohol to prevent recidivism and drug related deaths. Non-Discrimination Disclaimer: A New Tomorrow does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), age, veteran status, or disability

Helping The Community

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. We provide clothing vouchers to local supporting organizations to hand out to their clients in need of clothing. We also provide workforce development for the individuals in our program to assist them in their process of learning skills needed to obtain further employment. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.
